Golden Memories
They say memories are golden, well, maybe that is true.
I never wanted memories, I only wanted you.
A million times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died.
In life I loved you dearly, in death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place no one else could fill.
If tears could build a stairway and heartache make a lane.
I'd walk the path to Heaven and bring you back again.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same.
But as we are called back one by one, the chain will link again.
Until we meet again Eric & Luxor...

We are so sad to hear about Fat Eric going to the bridge...he was one of the first blogs we visited when we started blogging...we will miss him...purrs to his family...
What a wonderful tribute to Eric. That was just lovely.It is a very sad day.
We have lost too many of our furry goodest kitties. Momma says that maybe Heaven wanted the best of the best so the angels came down and took them home...

I was so very sad to hear about Luxor and Fat Eric. I went back to my very first post and realized that you were one of the first kitties to comment on my blog and also that I hadn't visited in a long time. I hope you are doing well.
So sorry to hear about Eric and Luxor's passing. I still think of mine who are gone.
