Words can express how much Cathy will be missed. Her sister posted the sad news on facebook that Cathy had passed after being very sick the last few weeks. The news was quite unexpected and we would like to send out purrs to Beau, Cathy's family as well as all of our cat blogosphere family.

We are stunned and deeply saddened to learn of Cathy's passing. Her Sunday Sermons - well, Beau's - were inspiring and insightful. We know she is with Our Lord Jesus, who she knew well, and the Angels have let her know that they will care for and keep Beau safe and healthy for her.
Our very deepest sympathies are with Cathy's family and loved ones.
Please, please if there is anything We can do, let us know? We purrsonally love Cathy, and we know the CB loved her deeply as well.

our the mom has been crying since yesterday. we are so sad. our the mom says you are right - we should do something to meet up somewhere with a bunch of us.
I didn't know Cathy, but I extend my sympathy to her family.
We didn't know Cathy well, but we followed Beau's blog. You could tell what a gentle person she was. So very sad.
Such a sad thing, we purr for the family.
