Hit & Run Kitty

We read about this on Beau's blog & felt like we had to help spread the word...

For those of you who haven't heard, a guy named Malcolm found a kitten that had been a victim of hit and run. The kitten was still alive so he scooped it up and rushed it to a vet.
The kitten had to have hip surgery. The total vet bill is running him $1300, and that's with the vet writing the majority off. Malcolm needs our help. He did the right thing by taking the kitten to the vet and saving it's life, but he doesn't have that kind of money. He has set up a donation place on his website (through PayPal). The kitten will also need a forever home AND a name as well. To read more about the kitten, vote for a name, and to PLEASE donate if you can to the kitty's medical fund go to http://www.droppedin.com

Also our thoughts & purrayers are with 5-Cat Style & the Flyer as well as Gucci over the loss of Tiffy. Til we meet again sweet princess have fun at Rainbow Bridge with all our friends who have gone before us.

We just found it so ironic to see two extremes of the same spectrum. Our purrayers and thoughts are with the people involved in little Tiffy's departure at the moment as well.

And on a side note, I'm glad you haven't left us! Keep blogging! ;)

Ms. Millie, you have got the pretiest face ever. Those x-ray pics of your bones were not very nice though. Did you see the person who hit and run over her? He/she should be ashamed. Gosh , I sure hope you don't have post traumatic stress after your ordeal. You are definitely one lucky kitty.
